Pre-Assembled Cellulose Wall Panels

Features:

• Pre-painted vertical T&G or shiplap pine facing inside
• Tarpaper or other wind barrier immediately outside of that
• A triple lattice of 2x framing, where the cellulose will be blown in. Depending on desires that lattice insulation pocket could be anywhere from 5" to 12" or more
• A layer of rough shiplap on the outside.

Depending on desires and conditions we'd either fill them with cellulose at our shop or more likely install them empty and then hire the cellulose to be blown in on site.

We can customize these with wiring chases as needed, or allow for a baseboard wainscot to hold wiring, that gets installed after the panels are up.

These panels are not structural, although they could bear some load – we intend that they be attached to the outside of a timber frame, which would do the load bearing.

Panels would be bolted in place with high-tech gaskets between, windows and doors would be installed, and then the building wrapped with Typar and sided.
